Engineered for Precision and Aesthetics
The blade features a razor-sharp VG10 (Cobalt Alloy) Core, clad in 63-layer Damascus Steel. The defining characteristic of this series is the black oxide treatment on the cladding, which highlights the "Kasumi" ripple pattern while providing a non-stick property that helps food release from the blade. The handle is crafted from Chestnut Wood that has been surface-burned (Yakisugi), a traditional technique that strengthens the wood and improves water resistance.
