The Casket is composed of 4 essential knives for the cooking: an office knife, a notched knife, a vegetables knife, a peeler. Handles are varnished.
Paring knife, serrated knife and peeler made in France. Vegetable knife made in Portugal.
The vegetable knife has a fine blade ideal for precise, delicate tasks such as peeling, garnishing and carving fruit and vegetables, but is not suitable for slicing large, hard-skinned vegetables such as squash or celeriac.
